Terms of Service

This website is operated by Premier Marine, 1305 North 1200 West, Orem, Utah. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We work hard to keep our inventory accurate, but boat listings, specifications, photos, equipment, prices and availability can change without notice and may contain errors. Photos may show optional equipment or similar models.

• Listed prices do not include taxes, title, registration, documentation, freight, prep or other fees unless stated.
• A listing is not an offer to sell. All sales are confirmed only through a signed purchase agreement at our dealership.
• Every boat is subject to prior sale. Contact us to confirm availability before visiting.
• Used boats are sold according to the terms of the purchase agreement, which will state any warranty or “as is” condition.

Products in our Pro Shop are shown for information and sold in store unless stated otherwise. Prices marked “From” are starting prices and may vary by size, color or options. Sale prices, stock and product details can change without notice. Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by each manufacturer.

Submitting a service, storage or contact form is a request — not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you to confirm dates, pricing and details. Service work, storage and repairs are governed by the work order or storage agreement you sign with us.

Recommended service intervals and maintenance information on this site are general guidance. Always follow your engine and boat manufacturer's specifications for your specific model.

Offers made through our “Sell your boat” program are based on the information and photos you provide and are subject to an in-person inspection, title verification and a signed agreement. You confirm that you own the boat or are authorized to sell it, that the information you submit is accurate, and that you have the right to share the photos you upload.

• Send spam, malicious code, or automated requests that disrupt the site.
• Attempt to access areas of the site or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Copy, scrape or republish our content or listings for commercial purposes without permission.
