Premier Marine (“Premier Marine,” “we,” “us”) is a boat dealership, service center, boat storage facility and pro shop located at 1305 North 1200 West, Orem, Utah 84057. This policy applies to our website, premiermarineut.com, and to the information you share with us through it.

We only collect the information we need to answer you and provide our products and services.

• Boat and service details — the service you're interested in, your boat's year, make, model, engine and condition, and any comments you write.
• Sell-your-boat submissions — boat information, asking price and the photos you upload.
• Product and inventory inquiries — the boat or product you asked about and your message.
• Text and phone conversations — messages you send through our “Text us” form and the replies we exchange with you.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider records basic information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.
• Form context — when you submit a form, we record which form and which page it was sent from so we can route your request to the right person.

• To respond to your questions, quotes and requests by phone, text or email.
• To schedule and perform service, storage, winterization and other work on your boat.

When you send us your phone number through a form, you agree that Premier Marine may call or text you about your request. These are conversational messages related to your inquiry — not marketing blasts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by asking us not to contact you by phone. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us run our business and website, such as hosting, email, phone and texting providers, under obligations to protect your information.
• Manufacturers and lenders — for example Mercury Marine or Varatti for warranty registration and claims, or a financing partner when you ask us to help with financing.

Our website uses a few services from other companies that have their own privacy policies:

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business and service records, and meet legal and tax requirements. Photos submitted for boat offers are deleted when they are no longer needed.
